If you're working hard to get more nutrition, minerals and vitamins back into your body. — one of the best things you can do is to make sure to drink plenty of green juice. I love green juice.

Anyway, today I wanted to share my go-to, anytime juice that I use to help mineralize and cleanse. It contains sodium, calcium, folate, vitamin C — among other nutrients — and the ginger is soothing to the stomach (plus, adds a bit of spice!) The lemon is a great way to add a tangy sweetness that puts this juice over the top in terms of flavor.

1 Cucumber
1 cup Spinach
3-4 Stalks of Celery
1 Handful of Parsley
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Inch of Ginger

You can modify this juice and make it sweeter for more sensitive palates by adding a little bit of apple juice or carrot juice.

Pineapple Zinger

This is a super refreshing juice that you can actually make as a smoothie as well. It’s filled with the enzyme bromelain that helps with digestion and has been shown to have a positive affect on gut-like symptoms.
Don’t be too concerned about the amount of sugar in this drink unless you’re drinking 1-2 of them a day.

1/4 – 1/2 Pineapple
1-2 Handfuls of Cilantro
Be sure to keep the core of the pineapple in the recipe. Also, you can chill the pineapple before making this juice to up the “refreshing” quotient.

Green Watermelon

1 Cucumber
2 Stalks of Celery
3-4 Leaves of  Broccoli Leaves
Handful of Cilantro
1 Cup Watermelon
Small piece of garlic

This is refreshing and green-o-licious. The garlic will give it a kick and keep your immune system humming!
These are a few of our favorite things…
