Raw Smoothie Recipes


For those who requested for smoothie recipes, here's some of my favorites.  I normally have it for breakfast you may add a tablespoon of golden flax seeds or chia for added fiber. This will restore your hydrochloric acid to normal levels and make you more focus and energize.Share yours here so everyone can enjoy!

Green Smoothies For Beginners

Basic Balance                                              Rocket Fuel Smoothie

1 ponkan                                                                         1 cup strawberries or
1 banana                                                                         1 dalanghita, peeled
1 cup Broccoli leaves, chopped                                       1 mango, peeled
1/2 cup water                                                                  1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
Yields 1 quart                                                                  1 cup water

Party Green Smoothie                                Morning Zing

1/2 small pineapple, cored                                             1 bunch spinach
1 large mango, peeled                                                   1 cup celery leaves 
1/2 cup saluyot, chopped                                              1/2 inch fresh ginger
1/ 2 inch fresh ginnger root                                             2 pears

Yields 2 quarts                                                              1  cup pineapple

Parsley Passion Smoothie

1 bunch fresh parsley and cilantro

1 Fuji apple
1 ripe banana
1 cup water

Yields 2 quarts

Green Smoothies for Children



Lettuce Smoothie                                                 Coco-Tango      

1 cup lettuce                                                                            1 Buko with meat
2 ripe pears                                                                              5 leaves kailan

1/2 cup blueberries                                                                   1 cup pineappe   
2 cups water                                                                            1 mango (optional)

Emerald Applesauce

1/ 2 head romaine lettuce
1 fuji apple, cored and chopped
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced 
1 bunch fresh parsley
2 oranges, peeled, seeds removed    
2 cups water



Pina Colada Smoothie
1 Buko with meat
1/2 cup pineapple chunks                                                                                                     1/2 cup talbos ng camote and dahon ng sili, roughly chopped                                                   1 tablespoon linga
Blend!

Green VegaMix
1 piece Manga - peeled, seeded and sliced                                                                             1 cup pineapple chunks                                                                                                       1/2 cup talbos ng sayote and sayote, roughly chopped                                                             Dash of spirulina                                            

Blend until smooth and all the greens are thoroughly broken up. Swish blender out with a bit of extra water so you don’t waste any of the good stuff. Should yield about a quart of smoothie.

Chocolate Banana Nut Smoothie

1/2 cup cashew, soaked 4 hours and rinsed
2 pieces banana, sliced
12 pieces cacao beans                                                                                                              1 tablespoon carob powder                                                                                                     4 pieces of  strawberries and mint for garnish                                                      
You may sweeten it with coco sugar or yacon syrup..Blend
